I have been a chef in the industry for over twelve years now. From Hotels, Restaurants & Canucks Sports and Entertainment to a little oasis in the garden situated in the heart of the Fraser Valley Called Tanglebank. I have loved all my variety of experiences in the industry but my true passion lies in creating lasting memories with food for people.

I have always had a passion for food from a very young age thanks to my Hungarian Grandmother Mary. It all started when I was about 4 years old in my Grandmother’s Kitchen. I would watch as she would cook away at the stove top as family and friends would slowly start to gather around the table. I watched as my grandmother would beam when she would place food on the table. Being able to feed her family and friends with food she created with her very own hands. Sharing moments that transcended generations. Sometimes that table would be small, other times twice the size!

It never mattered the size of the table because it would be smothered with sustenance of all of our families favourite food and treats. It was her passion!

I believed this was the most magical experience growing up. I had stars in my eyes. These moments were precious to me. It made me fall in love with food and a sense of calling within me to provide that very feeling for people.

Daily I consider myself lucky that I am able to provide nourishment & memories through the food I create.

When is it in life that you get to see loved ones gather all in the same space with joy to eat a meal, that’s full of laughter, joy and pure nourishment? Everyone left that table nourished.

There sparked the idea of creating these gorgeous boards, designed and created with my vision that anyone could buy and put on their table. In hopes that they can create those lasting memories with the ones they enjoy the most!

I take the guesswork out for my clients so that they can simply enjoy the fruits of my labour with delicious pairings of cheeses, spreads, compotes, jellies, meats, variety of fruits and crackers. With an artistic display and unique design never one board turns out the same & the neatest part is they are left with a gorgeous piece of art after diving into their meal.

I am thankful to my family & friends that have encouraged this business of mine and look forward to exceeding your needs and special requests through my culinary abilities.
